This project aims to help clinic study, and we think it should be free of fetching and redistributing. If you are a biomedical engineer or clinic scientist, whose research topic happened to be cardiac arrhythmia, this project might be helpful to you.
This project is not the substituent of the CardiacMaster. CardiacMaster is a splendid simulation solution with all essential functions for electrophysiological study. It is created by a group of geniuses with thorough and precise understanding of both electropgysiological knowledge and computer engineering. CardiaSimu only fulfills a pure skeleton and during devlopment we got a lot of help from cardiacmaster team. Since in the verifying of cardiasimu, we used the torso mesh of CardiacMaster, this part will not be distributed under GPL License. If more sophistic model is need, please refer to CardiacMaster.
Well, all features of CardiacSimu is here.
You can get it from here. You can unpack the archive by $tar -xvjf tarballfile.
You can find download link of configure files and additional files in development page, download additional files and a certain set of configure files, e.g. if you want do sinus simulation, you should download sinus.zip. Then put unpacked files together into bin directory of your local copy of CardiacSimu. And use solver with --propagation-simu argument to do simulation.
Now, you can pack your configure files (.hrt file and project.config file) and sent it to AlfredWJLu#gmail.com. Please do not forget describe the pacing location and frequency in your mail, so I can add notes on the download link, I will put it in the development page and add your name in the contributor list. I will add some automatically upload interface in the website, if peoples are interesting in sharing their simulation result.
All simulation are done in solver, and configure are down in configure file with retrained structure, which means now it is not possible to add additional module or change existed modules in simulation without changing the source of solver. In the version 0.03, I am planing add interfaces for user of CardicSimu to write and submit 3rd party plugin, in order to configure their simulation in much deeper level.
Any feedback either in positive or negative is appreciated. We will open the tracking system very soon, and now you can mail to AlfredWJLu#gmail.com.
Feedback system on sourceforge is used to manage bugs, feature requests as well as support requests. Please send back bugs report here, your feature requests for next release here, and your questions in using cardiacsimu here.
Currently, this feedback system is capable of anonymous posting, please do not abuse it. In your posting, please enclose your mail and name, so we could directly contact with you if necessary. Before submitting, please make sure same question (problem) has not be posted before.
